List of Accomplishments:
This Work is scheduled to begin on March 1st 1999! The Team is made up of Four Missionary families: 1 American, One British, 2 Kenyan A survey was recently completed (Jan 12-24, 1998) and plans are under way. Note: this is a new church plant with a 20 years strategy for the evanglization of the Moshi - Mt. Kilimanjaro region of Northern Tanzania.

Future Goals:
Note: this work is a continuing extension of work done since 1965 in Kenya. Ex- Kenyan missionaries are now moving into Uganda, Tanzania and other African nations. This work features using and training Kenyans as coworkers and as missionaries. This work also continues the 2 Tim 2:2 command of teaching others how to teach others. 1) 5 years (1999 - 2004) planting an urban church in Moshi-Kilimanjaro using small cell group techniques. a) goal is to teach, disciple and baptize 300 adult members b) establish multiple cell groups around town aiming at var. socio/econ groups c) plan to open Christian ESL (English as second language Institute) as devel. project d) plans to build facilites for: housing, auditorium, school facilities, etc. e) plans to use visiting Kenyan chuch leaders in Cross cultural training f) plans to use US university students in ESL Institute during summers g) desire to establish apprentiships for interested students h) desire to integrate European leaders in this work to counter US dominance in World Evangelism 2) 5 years (2004 - 2009) planting new churches in the suburban areas and small towns toward Dar Es Salaam. a) Continue work In Moshi-Kilimanjaro b) Begin followup of WBS contacts c) utilize Tanzanian converts as church/cell planters d) development of Tanzanian leadership e) continue other ministries 3) 5 Years (2009 - 2014) in intensive leadership training out of Moshi. a) Intensive courses for leaders - beyond basic teaching with emphasis to prepare for equipping for and doing ministry b) Upper level students to network with Nairobi Great Commission School c) Ministry prep at all levels including : Sunday school, evangelism, elders, etc d) Continuation of other ministries - many turned over to Tanzanians 4) 5 years (2014 - 2019) preparing leaders to go in other regions - such as Shanghai, China a) taking the creme-de-creme to toher regions of Africa tp see b) integrate into African leadership network c) help to dream a dream of continuing the cause of World Evangelism d) Fulfill requirments of mature church of Eph 4: 8-9 e) Hand over work to Timothies and Tituses & go somewhere else!

Current Needs:
1) Subsidized assistance for three Kenyan nationals and their families. 2) Automobile purchase of used tough terrain 4WD vehicle - @ US$10,000.00 3) Books & materials for learning english language at various ed. levels 4) Printing equipment 5) Summer University volunteers and ESL volunteers to work with the the Christian Institute of English language. 6) Prayer Warriors to commit to pray about this unique plan
