In August of 2008, my family and I will be traveling to Pohnpei, a state of the Federated States of Micronesia. This will be an evangelistic campaign in which Bible studies, and a gospel meeting will be conducted. The wives will also be holding a VBS for the children. We are praying that in 2009, we will have the opportunity to move there with another family, to form a mission team with a missionary already in place upon the island. Right now there are thirty New Testament Christians there, just a couple of years ago there were less than ten. On a similar campaign last summer 16 people were obedient to the Lord! There are 38,000 souls living on this island. We are in the process of raising funds for our mission trip this summer. If you or anyone you know may be interested in supporting this effort, plese let us know. To get our tickets will cost about $6,000.00. We will be grateful for any amount. We are looking for a hundred churches and/or individuals to give $60.00, or sixty to give a hundred. However, any amount will be great. Thank you, God bless.
