Serving the body of Christ Silbano Garcia, II. serves as an evangelist for the churches of Christ, and is the founder of Internet Ministries. Brother Garcia has done missionary work in the states of California, Florida, Idaho, New York, and Texas. He has also preached in gospel meetings throughout the world. He currently serves as evangelist for the Burley church of Christ in Burley, Idaho. The Burley church of Christ began with its first worship service on January 28, 2007. The Burley congregation is on fire for the Lord. On any given Lord's day our worship service attendance may consist of a majority of Mormons who seek the truth about Jesus and the Word of God. Our current membership attendance consists of 25 Christians and 90 other souls who visit us occasionally. We are currently working to raise the funds needed to payoff our the loan on our church building, and your gift of love is truly appreciated. A number of our Caucasian members are currently learning Spanish as a second language, and at some point in the near future we plan to hold worship services in Spanish. Brother Garcia's ministry is focused on making disciples for Jesus Christ according to the New Testament pattern of Christianity. Please keep the Burley church of Christ in your daily prayers. On May 1, 1995 he was instrumental in deploying the first Internet Gateway for the churches of Christ worldwide known as Church-of-Christ.org. This global network serves as the hub on the Internet for churches of Christ worldwide. Our Spanish network at Iglesia-de-Cristo.org serves as the hub on the Internet for the iglesias de Cristo worldwide. The Lord has used him in establishing five congregations (two English congregations and three Spanish congregations), and has baptized 1,393 souls to the body of Jesus Christ. Many more souls have come to put on Christ in baptism for the forgiveness of their sins via our Internet Ministries program. At the present age of 50, Brother Garcia has become known as an Internet Evangelist and pioneer in the field of Internet Evangelism. He has been instrumental in assisting hundreds of congregations in using the Internet as a vehicle for the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His on-line efforts have been noticed by all major denominational groups including the secular world. Brother Garcia is an enthusiastic Christian who is dynamic in his sermons and presentations. His positive approach to World Evangelism is contagious, and you will be encourage by this servant of Christ.
