Silbano Garcia, II. serves as an evangelist for the churches of Christ, and is the founder of Internet Ministries.  Brother Garcia has done missionary work in the states of California, Florida, Idaho, New York, and Texas.  He has also preached in gospel meetings throughout the world.  Since his arrival to Idaho, Brother Garcia has worked to win twenty-one souls to Christ from March 2006 to December 2006.  He currently serves as evangelist for the Burley church of Christ in Burley, Idaho.  The Burley church of Christ began with its first worship service on January 28, 2007 and on February 4, 2007 the Lord added two souls to His church.  The Burley congregation is on fire for the Lord.  On February 4, 2007 the Burley church had its first congregational meeting and appointed a youth minister.  From January 2007 to October 2007 a total of four souls have been added to the body of Christ, and with God's help this number will continue to grow.  As of October 14, 2007, our current attendance consists of 15 Christians and 22 other souls who seek the truth about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Sixteen of these truth seekers are Mormon.  On September 27, 2007 we moved into our new house of worship that also serves us as a center for evangelism.  We are working to raise the funds needed to purchase this building and your gift of love is truly appreciated.  If you would like to help the Burley congregation visit us at http://www.burleychurchofchrist.org/plea.htm.

Whenever needed we hold bilingual services in English and Spanish.  A number of our Caucasian members are currently learning Spanish as a second language, and at some point in the near future we plan to hold a worship service in Spanish.  Brother Garcia's ministry is focused on making disciples for Jesus Christ according to the New Testament pattern of Christianity.  Please keep the Burley church of Christ in your daily prayers.

Last May 1, 1995 he was instrumental in deploying the first Internet Gateway for the churches of Christ worldwide known as Church-of-Christ.org .  This web site alone receives over 1,000,000 hits per day, and over 1,200 emails daily.   Our Spanish network at Iglesia-de-Cristo.org receives over 500,000 hits daily.  The Lord has used him in establishing five congregations, and has baptized 1,373 souls to the body of Jesus Christ.  At the present age of 48, Brother Garcia has become known as an Internet Evangelist and pioneer in the field of Internet Evangelism.    He has been instrumental in assisting hundreds of congregations in using the Internet as a vehicle for the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  His on-line efforts have been noticed by all major denominational groups including the secular world.
