This international congregation is the largest in Japan. It was begun by O.D.Bixler shortly after WWII. Sunday Assemblies: Worship 10:30am, Bible Class (Jpns. Eng.) 9:30am. Located within walking distance of the Ochanomizu Train Station on the Chuo Train Line. Minister: Shiro Obata.

This congregation was initially a military congregation. With the closing of Tachikawa Air Force Base in 1977, the building was given to the Japanese brethren meeting there. A new building was built in 1994 through the sale of some property for a monorail right-of-way. The Japan School of Evangelism is also housed in the church building.
