Situated in the centre of Albania, the Elbasan congregation celebrates its fifth Anniversary in 2003. Active in evangelism in villages and Elbasan city. Hosts English classes, involved in occasional relief work. The average age of the congregation is in the low twenties and about half of the members come from a Muslim background. 2002 saw the church begin an eldership training programme.
