Hello,
My name is Robert DeBolt. I am a 47 year old, single man who has been a member of the Lord’s church for over 35 years. I am an active member of the Norval Park church of Christ in Zanesville Ohio, in which I grew up.
I have not been a Full Time preacher but have preached on many occasions. I have taught teen, young adult and adult Bible classes over the years. I currently teach the Wednesday night Adult Bible Class at Norval Park. I have attended many conferences, workshops, lectureships and outreach training classes.
I have prayerfully made a decision to pursue becoming a Full Time Minister. I have a very strong and motivated desire to fulfill this mission. I have discussed this with many current Preachers, Elders, Deacons and family members. They are all strongly encouraging me to pursue this passion I have of working as a Gospel Preacher for the Lord church.
As I stated I am single. I have recently become scripturally divorced. But I believe that I can devote 100 percent of my efforts to the Lord, just as Paul stated a single person can do.
I can provide references from 7 Elders, 5 Deacons and 3 Preachers covering 3 congregations. I can also provide an audio tape of my Wednesday night class and soon I will have available a DVD of a recent sermon.
My passion for the Lord and the lost is very deep. I am praying that I find a congregation of the Lord’s church that we both can help each other. I believe in the power of God and if His will for my life be than I know there is a congregation that we can work together and bring many lost to the Lord and uplift and edify all the saints and reach out the be a positive influence in the community.
My background outside the church has been in business. I owned and managed several businesses over the past 25 years. I have been managing, training and dealing with and motivating people my entire career. Many aspects of my business life have helped me in working with the church. Many similarities apply.

I am looking for speaking opportunites to advance my studying and preparation for The Lord's service. I am a high school teacher who is pursuing a Masters Degree in Ministry from Nations University. I have been preaching at Limestone Correctional facility in Athens, Al through my Churches Prison Ministry for over one year (once per month). My goal is to be a Pulpit Minister someday. If any church in the North Alabama area needs a fill-in or any help with services I will be glad to help. Marcus Garrett is looking for a f/t or p/t paid Music Ministry position. Well qualified when it comes to leading songs in worship, starting and maintaining church choruses, and teaching one how to sing. Have been Songleading over 15 years. Currently a song leader and chorus director (both adult and youth) at the Dallas West Church of Christ in Dallas,TX, while also conducting song service at the M.L.K. Church of Christ in Sulphur Springs,TX. Currently running a Songleading Workshop in Sulphur Springs,TX. I was a clinician at the 2007 Acappella Worship Leaders & Choral Music Conference and will be a clincian again in July of 2008. I am a Christian Acappella Music Academy AWARD WINNER in 2004 for my accomplishments in music. I am currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington, where my course concentration is Music. I am ready to work for your congregation to help strengthen the praise and worship to the Lord!!!
I am a single / never been married man of 36 that has spent the last 8 years preaching in varrious venues for the churches of Christ. I was trained to preach at the Northwest Florida School of Biblical Studies in Pensacola, Florida. While I was there, I helped to start a new congregation in Halls Fork, Alabama, preaching for them on Sundays while attending school during the week. After graduation from the school with a 4.0 gpa, I took a full time possition for three years in Williamston, South Carolina. From there, I preached at several places, hoping to find a new work near southern Louisiana, but to no avail. (Single men are often not considered in many congregations.) I came back to where I grew up in Ludington, Michigan, and helped to start another new congregation where I am currently teaching and preaching while trying to earn my living in a secular job. It is difficult because my heart is always in teaching and preaching. I am an avid writer, as I prepare all my own class material, bulletin articles, and I am a regular writer for the nationally published "Christian Reader." I am willing to move anywhere East of Kansas, and I would consider more in order to get back to preaching full time.
